Uncover It All With Electronic Discovery

Electronic discovery, or e-discovery, is the process of retrieving the best information from email, instant messaging, and deleted documents for use in civil litigation cases. The role of any electronic discovery investigator is to bring electronic evidence to the legal professionals in a form in which they can understand it and use it in a court of law. This service is crucial since, in 2006, changes were made to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) that require electronic evidence acquired via electronic discovery to be included in the evidence presented in court, where applicable.
